Bryte Coffee, St Andrews

From the first sip in the quiet of the morning to your late afternoon latte with pals, Bryte coffee is on a mission to bring people together over a deliciously brewed cup of coffee.

Bryte, a new speciality coffee brand, based in St Andrews, is literally that. Bright, colourful and full of joy. “Bryte coffee is so much more than a commodity,” says Sam Robertson, Bryte’s founder. It’s “a fusion and a celebration of two great passions: coffee and people.”

Keeping it straightforward, Bryte focuses on light roasts to showcase the flavour characteristics of the different beans’ origins with four options – Something Mellow, Something Vibrant, Something Wild and Something Decaf.

To make sure you get the most out of your beans you can select how you want to use them when you order: whole beans, mokapot, AeroPress, pour over or cafetière.

However you take your coffee, you can drink it with a clear conscience. Bryte are hot on their supply chain, making sure they source only high-quality, single origin beans through independent partners who empower smallholder farming communities. Every coffee can be traced back to individual farmers, meaning their stories are told and their work is celebrated.

And that colourful packaging? It’s not a gimmick. Bryte’s kaleidoscopic, maximalist designs are fully sustainable, with no single-use or hard-to-recycle plastic. Every element is recyclable.

Warm, conversational, inclusive. Bryte champions the human side of the coffee experience. This is coffee with joy at its core.
